Lateral exhaust condenser
The condensing equipment of the steam turbine is an important part of the condensing steam turbine device. Its function is to condense the exhaust steam of the condensing steam turbine into water to form and maintain the required vacuum. The condensation island is mainly composed of condenser, two-stage steam ejector, start-up ejector, condensate pump, steam exhaust safety valve, steam trap, valve, instrument, condensation island frame and steam-water connecting pipeline between various equipment. It integrates the main equipment in the condensing system into a compact steel structure platform, realizing the modular manufacturing, integral skid-mounted transportation and installation of the condensing system.

The function of the steam ejector is to extract the non-condensable gas and the air leaked into the steam side space of the condenser from the inside of the condenser under negative pressure, so as to maintain the vacuum and thermal performance of the steam side of the condenser.

The function of the steam seal extractor is to make the leakage pipes of the front and rear shaft seals of the steam turbine slightly negative pressure to prevent the shaft seal steam from leaking from the shaft seal, so as to prevent the leaking steam from entering the lubricating oil and causing the lubricating oil to emulsify. At the same time, the leaking gas continuously enters the cooler through the leaking gas pipeline and condenses into water for recycling.
